About this space

This brand new luxury 5000 sq. ft vacation lakeview home was built in October 2020. In the heart of the Poconos, with Lake view and just a short drive to most ski resorts, indoor water parks, and major attractions., this impeccably designed modern home features spacious 8 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms spread over three levels and accommodates up to 30 guests. With the only private sand volleyball/bocce court on Lake Harmony, it's an excellent vacation destination for large families or groups. We look forward to hosting you!

The space

As for outside, we recently just built a brand new outdoor bistro lit fire pit with a Breeo smokeless fire pit. We put in a brand new 8 person hot tub with 96 jets.

The showstopper of them all is a SAND volleyball court. We also added Bocce ball court that can be utilized for a variety of games.

There are three levels of living space at the house. The ground floor includes any/all amenity you can desire including brand new arcade that includes over 4000 video games, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, and pool table. There is a 80 inch smart TV on this floor. The ground floor also includes a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom includes 2 queen beds while the other bedroom is a king sized bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

The second floor includes a very spacious living area with 12 seat couch. seated next to a 70 inch smart TV. We have a kitchen table that can accomodate 16 people. There is an outdoor elevated deck with 6 brand new Trex rocking chairs with a Weber 4 Burner Genesis grill and dining/seating area. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one that includes two queen beds and another that has a king sized bed. There is a full and a half bathroom on this floor.

The top floor includes a fun bunk bed room that has 4 Queen sized beds. There are three other rooms on this floor. Two that have two queen beds in each room and the last bedroom being a king. There is a full bathroom on this floor.
